In the summer of 2022, extreme climate events in Europe emphasized the reality of climate change, with record temperatures and natural disasters.

Recognizing the urgent need to address this, the NextGenCarbon project will:
- Design and implement training activities to raise awareness and guide teenagers (ages 13-18) in taking action against climate change
- Train educators
- Induce behavioral change for climate adaptation, aligning with EU priorities on environment and climate action

These objectives will be achieved through engaging and high-impact workshops and the development of a Carbon Footprint calculator app.
