What is your background/expertise?

I have a background in communication and design, with over 5 years of experience working with various sectors across different countries. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to craft stories and develop communication strategies for international organisations, and for different industries in the private sector. Along the way, I discovered my second passion: user research and collective intelligence methodologies.

I believe that by understanding the needs, motivations, and behaviours of people, we can create more meaningful and impactful solutions. I also had the opportunity to work on projects that involve co-creation, participatory design, and stakeholder engagement.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

Outside of work, I love exploring nature, particularly the mountains, and seeking out the coziest coffee spots for reading.

Why did you choose to join us at Three o’clock?

When I discovered Three o’clock, I was immediately drawn to its focus on communication and participatory design for climate-related projects. I had been interested in climate-related topics for some time because I believe that climate change is one of the most pressing challenges facing society today. I wanted to contribute to this issue in a meaningful way. At Three o’clock, I have the opportunity to work with an amazing team of experts who share my passion for creating positive impact.
