SHERLOCK
SHERLOCK aims to address the skills mismatch between financial operators and project developers by creating a MOOC-based micro master program and a VET-oriented short training course. These programs will focus on microcredentials and case study education, catering to students and professionals from both the building energy retrofit sector and the financial industry.

Our role
Three oβclock is responsible for communicating and disseminating the learning programme that will be designed and rolled out, and for engaging closely with stakeholders to build knowledge, raise awareness, and accelerate the transition towards a climate-neutral Europe. Dissemination activities will focus on transferring knowledge and information to stakeholders, as well as opening dialogues and facilitating two-way exchanges. Communication activities will focus on promoting the project, enhancing its visibility, and educating about the skills gap and the challenges related to buildings, energy efficiency, and the financing of retrofit.
Building on our experience in another EU project in which we are a partner, RES4CITY, we will establish knowledge centers and develop their engagement strategy. The main objective of this network is to promote the development and implementation of building energy renovation measures, contribute to the continuous identification of educational needs and multidisciplinary skills gaps, support the co-design of SHERLOCK's multidisciplinary programs, and enhance the dissemination and outreach of SHERLOCK's key exploitable results.
