Our role

In this project, Three o’clock is leading the communication activities, and is expected to deliver a business plan in Phase III.

SEBR (Smart Energy Building Renovation) is a consortium of 8 organisations responding to a competitive tender initiated by the European-funded project procuRE, in the form of a Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP) contract. SEBR was selected, along with 2 other consortia, to design, develop, and test an innovative renovation approach capable of delivering 100% renewable energy supply to any existing non-residential building. The renovation approach will be tested in demonstration sites of the 6 public procurers in the project.

There are 4 phases in the project. SEBR has completed Phase I & II. During these two phases, we applied a co-design procedure to facilitate information exchange and engage with the users of the buildings. Successful tenderers for Phase III will then implement the Renovation Packages in three allocated buildings. The initial delivery of the Renovation Package is to be turnkey-ready.
