Designing a corporate innovation challenge
When large companies seek to boost innovation and creativity, they tend to look outside. But most of the time they can find it within their own teams. As a first step of their intrapreneurship journey, we supported the Innovation Lab of Tractebel Engineering to accelerate the launch of new solutions driven by employees.
For this, we conceived and ran an Open Challenge, which aimed to design solutions that respond to urban and environmental issues.
