Our new website is here, and so is our story

January 27, 2026

Three o’clock was founded five years ago. Since then, it’s been a sprint. We’ve grown fast, tested ideas, learned by doing, and built work we’re proud of.

In 2022, we launched We Right Click, a non-profit initiative supporting NGOs and communities through education and social innovation.

In 2025, we expanded to Spain, opening a Three o’clock branch with colleagues in Barcelona and Madrid. From the heart of these cities, we now experiment, collaborate, and raise awareness around environmental challenges.

Today, we are a team of 14 women. Architects, engineers, scientists, designers, communicators, and social researchers. Our diversity of skills, perspectives, and cultures allows us to approach each project from multiple angles. With more than 30 projects across Europe and beyond, we’ve learned far more than we expected.

Our new website is more than a redesign. It reflects five years of work, experimentation, and growth. Explore our services, discover the projects we stand behind, and meet the team shaping what comes next.

And if you’d like to chat to talk about what we do and how we can support your project, email us here: hello@threeoclock.co

Sustainable energy is not just about technology. It’s about people.
Sustainable energy transitions succeed only when people, institutions, and technology work together. Through the EU-funded NEUTRALPATH project, Living Labs in 5 European cities are co-creating citizen-centred clean energy solutions. As a partner in the project, Three o'clock designed a Governance Model Guide for Living Labs to help cities and stakeholders build clear, inclusive structures that turn ambitious energy goals into real impact.
