Five years ago, we launched Three o'clock. Today, we're 14 women with a new website that reflects everything we've learned and built along the way.

Energy poverty affects over 50 million Europeans, leaving many unable to heat or light their homes, with serious health and social consequences. Local initiatives and EU policies are working to raise awareness, provide support, and create long-term solutions for vulnerable households.

Sustainable energy transitions succeed only when people, institutions, and technology work together. Through the EU-funded NEUTRALPATH project, Living Labs in 5 European cities are co-creating citizen-centred clean energy solutions. As a partner in the project, Three o'clock designed a Governance Model Guide for Living Labs to help cities and stakeholders build clear, inclusive structures that turn ambitious energy goals into real impact.

Access Hubs is a new project working with cities and local businesses to make rental and sharing services easier to find, use, and scale across Europe. We Right Click plays a central role by leading citizen engagement and user research to turn access from a niche idea into an everyday choice.

We’re using user research to better understand people’s behaviours as well as their worries and needs. While the ongoing climate and environmental crisis demands large-scale changes to how we produce our energy, our food, build our homes and get from A to B – nobody should be left behind.

Participatory Design turns end-users into co-creators, making innovation more inclusive and impactful. At Three o’clock, we use this approach to blend methods, tools, and facilitation skills that shape solutions rooted in real needs and collective knowledge.
