✨And we’re officially closed, wrapping up the year with our last workshop dedicated to children and Christmas (what else?!) 🎄🎅

We’re super happy to have launched our Kids’ Lab at @afflelou_optico in Madrid this week. Our Kids’ Lab is a workshop designed to explore sustainability 🌱through various age-appropriate activities - a fun and engaging way for children to learn more about the world around them and become action-oriented.

This week, we brought sustainability closer to children through fun activities tailored to all age groups: from helping Santa Claus 🎅 be more sustainable for the little ones to understanding how electricity 💡works and a junior version of the Climate Fresk 🌍 for the older kids.

A better future starts with the next generation.

Olga is an expert in methodologies designed to foster the development of innovative processes and systems. Her primary objective is to enhance the creativity, resilience, and determination of individuals and groups, with the aim of improving their environment and overall quality of life. Her mission centers around empowering specific stakeholder groups, such as citizens or young individuals, to actively participate in policymaking and development processes, and facilitating self-empowerment, helping individuals build their capacity, knowledge, and skills. 🚀 💡

In our mission to raise awareness, we hosted a Climate Sprint at @upfbarcelona , engaging 35 students for three dynamic hours, as part of our IDAlert project, which looks into the link between climate change and infectious diseases.

Do we truly understand the science behind climate change, its origins, effects, and health consequences, and what are the actions that we can take at our individual level?

With Three o’clock’s Climate Sprint, they explored climate science and the impacts of climate change through a collaborative serious-game. They were then empowered to take informed action by assessing their individual carbon footprint with our calculator, and chose 3 actions to reduce it.

Understanding climate and what actions we can each take in our lives is key to fostering change!
