Co-Design and Active Engagement

Three o’clock worked with EIT Food to rethink and co-design the business model of its expert network. Our role combined strategy and operations:

• Developing project’s visual identity, micro-website and communication and dissemination materials

• Shaping and testing new engagement strategies to strengthen community value.

• Leading the day-to-day management of the network.

• Designing and hosting innovative digital events — from e-breakfasts and open-mics to webinars and roundtables — to drive participation and exchange.

• Supporting a service provider and an expert in developing Personal Branding online course aimed at agrifood professionals’s recognition and visibility on LinkedIn

A Validated New Service

The project resulted in a portfolio of “Hire an Expert” services by the EIT Food Agrifood Expert Community (AFEC), designed to generate clear value for EIT Food experts, the wider EU agri-food ecosystem, and EIT Food itself. The service was tested, validated, and adopted, laying the foundation for long-term impact and sustainability.
